Founder & CEOMr. Pavan Ranga, the third generation entrepreneur established Rangsons Group in 2001. He has been instrumental in giving the current vision and direction to the company and has transformed the company into one of India’s leading product and technology companies. He is a firm believer in technology-driven initiatives and innovation-led solutions that deliver true value to the customers.
Mr. Pavan completed his Industrial Engineering at SJCE, Mysuru and MBA in Chicago. The CEO of Rangsons Technologies also has interests in the Health Care and Education Technology sectors.

Mrs. Anuradha V
Senior Vice President – DesignsMrs. Anuradha joined us in November 2013 after working for 25 years in Government and private sectors. She has been instrumental in establishing and mentoring Rangsons R&D team. She has been one among those few who contributed right from the dawn of EW systems in India by developing and fielding Electronic Warfare subsystems for numerous airborne platforms through successful execution and technical management.
Post completing her MS in Computer Engineering, Anuradha joined DRDO as a Scientist where she provided dedicated support for EW programs, enabling integration of RWR with active EW Jammers, Passive Counter Measure Dispensing Systems, etc. Other areas of her expertise include design and development of Avionics subsystems specifically in digital electronics and software viz. The solid-state Flight data recorder, Cockpit Interface Unit, Heliborne Digital Controller, Data link transmitter, EW simulators and Aircraft simulators with mathematical modeling and simulation as well as hardware-in-loop simulation.
